I took my dog to Village Animal Clinic and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, it felt like their main concern was money—not my pet’s well-being. Every little thing came with an extra (and overpriced) charge, way higher than what I’ve paid at other reputable clinics—some things were more than double the price I’ve seen elsewhere.

When I politely questioned the costs, the staff gave me attitude and made me feel like my concerns weren’t valid. It’s really frustrating when a place that’s supposed to care for animals seems to care more about profit than pets.

I won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who wants fair pricing and genuine care for their furry family members.

As ALWAYS the staff starting worth the front desk, vet assistants to Dr Schwartz are amazing...Dr Schwartz is amazing..she always takes her time and assess amd treat my pups thoroughly...

Today the total cost was insane...over $600😢

I've used the services of VAC for about 25 years. They've had my animal family's back through good times and bad. Dr. Prior is the best - caring and very skilled. The support staff is wonderful. I've never had a bad experience with this office and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a caring place for their fur babies.

Since I moved to Palm Beach Gardens over 10 years ago, I have used Village Animal Clinic for my cats' health needs. Dr. Wilson & Dr. Prior are both the best veterinarians! They take the time to make sure they're up to date on the different issues each of my cats exhibit. The receptionists at the front desk and the employees who assist the doctors are both first rate. I consider myself lucky I found this vetinary pracrtice!

Accessible quality care for my 15 year old dog and his 2 predecessors. We have been going to Village Animal Clinic for more than 30 years!!

I used Village Animal Clinic to board my rat terrier while I was out of town for 3 days. I toured the facility prior to leaving and found the staff to be very friendly, the facility is brightly lit. The kennel area is clean, and the cages range from small to large. I will continue to use VAC for my dog's medical and boarding care.
