I've used the services of VAC for about 25 years. They've had my animal family's back through good times and bad. Dr. Prior is the best - caring and very skilled. The support staff is wonderful. I've never had a bad experience with this office and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a caring place for their fur babies.

I was a bit disappointed during my last visit. I get my dog's nails clipped every 6-8 weeks to keep the nails shorter. I've been coming for years, and they know that I hold my dog when he gets his nails clipped and grinned. He's a bit nervous, so this helps the process get done quickly and properly. This time, they would not allow me back with him. Then they only proceeded to cut the front nails (although I paid for all 4 paws to be clipped). There are still several nails (including the dewclaws) that weren't even touched by the clippers. The last 2 times, they did not grind, even though it was requested when the appointment was made and when I arrived at the office. His quick is getting longer because they are not cutting them back as far as they used to (and they are not cutting all the nails each time). This now creates a problem because his nails are sharp and causing injury to others. I feel like I've wasted my money the last 2 times since they did not do what was scheduled to be done. Price is reasonable "if" the service paid for was provided.

The staff at Village Animal Hospital is so kind and supportive. From my first hello at the front desk I knew I was in the right place. Appointments are always on time. The techs are knowledgeable and treat my puppy with gentle care. Dr. Wilson listens and takes time to explain all the issues. My puppy had surgery and is doing great. I can’t say enough positive remarks. Village is the place to go.
